  1. Exhibitor: This is a legal contract between both HBA Photography Ltd. t/a The Giant Wedding Show and the known Exhibitor wishing to exhibit. The allocated space must be adhered to, exhibitors must not encroach on any neighbouring exhibitor’s space and stands must be manned at all times by the Exhibitor. 1. All exhibitors must hold a valid Public Liability Insurance Policy for their business that covers exhibiting at events. You must make this available to The Organisers, failure to do so will result in not being allowed to exhibit and there will be no refund of any monies paid.

  1. The Organisers will be on site two hours before the event start time, we ask that Exhibitors arrive no later than 10am and be ready to exhibit no later than 10:45am. If any exhibitor is not in place by 11am then they will forfeit their stand and all monies paid for the stand. There will be no discussion regarding this matter.

  1. Vehicles may be allowed close to the marquee to unload, but must be moved into the designated car park before 10:30am. The Organiser and the Venue can accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to the vehicles – they are left at the owners risk. Please DO NOT drive your vehicles on the front & side lawns of the venue.

  1. Once the stand is booked, The Exhibitor is not allowed to sublet, whole or any part of the space booked. They must only exhibit those services that they state on the booking form. If an Exhibitor goes bankrupt, goes into administration, receivership or liquidation, The Organiser has the right to terminate the contract without refunding any monies.

  1. The Organisers and the Venue accept no responsibility for any loss or damage caused at any of our Fayres, to either the stand holder or to the public.

  1. The Exhibitor cannot claim against The Organiser for the event being cancelled for any reason.

  1. Every effort is made by The Organiser to advertise and publicise each event as much as possible. However The Organiser will not be held responsible for any reason for the amount of footfall that visits an event.

  1. No Exhibitor will have the sole selling rights for their particular trade whatever it may be. The Organisers reserve the right to allow more than one of the same trade or service at any of their exhibitions. The Organisers decision is final.

  1. We request that no Exhibitor pack down their stand before 3pm, unless requested to do so by The Organiser.

  1. The Exhibitor must remove all exhibits and display materials from the allocated area before 5:30pm on the day of the event.

  1. The Exhibitor must leave the stand space in its original condition and shall make good and indemnify The Organisers for any damage to the premises by the Exhibitor, his agents, contractors or employees.

  1. No table cloths are included in the stand fees so you must bring your own if required.

  1. Payments: A 50% deposit or 100% of the stand fee is paid at the time of booking via Paypal, BACS or Cheque. No stand can be held without these monies being in place due to the amount of work, time and advertising costs involved in each event. All payments are non-refundable and your space at the exhibition will not be granted until payment has cleared.

  1. The Organisers have the right to ask any stand holder at their Wedding Fayres to leave the premises, in the extremely unlikely event that they are behaving inappropriately.

  1. Cancellation by The Exhibitor: No refund shall be given.
